With the dissolution of Sendas AG, ALLEGRA Switzerland is strengthening its team with experienced professionals from the former Sendas team.
What does that mean? Five new faces are now enriching our A-team in the office and on the construction site, bringing with them a wealth of expertise and passion. Marcel Moser – previously part of the management team at Sendas – will be responsible for planning and project management in the area of trail construction at ALLEGRA. He brings with him a well-established team with extensive experience in the machinery, tools, and implementation of trail construction projects.
This makes ALLEGRA even more diverse and simultaneously strengthens its capacity for planning and implementing projects throughout Switzerland. We are delighted to welcome Marcel, Foué, Yan, Benoît, and Romain to ALLEGRA.
Marcel is highly valued in the Swiss mountain bike and trail building industry thanks to his extensive expertise. With him, we gain not only a wealth of experience, but above all, an inspiring, down-to-earth, and likeable person. It's a perfect fit on all levels. humane, professional, and visionary. Like so many others, he also started out in trail building from another field; he originally ran his own carpentry business in the Allgäu region. After more than eight years in a management position at Trailworks and the last two years at Sendas, we were very pleased to receive Marcel's inquiry around the time of their dissolution. Through our collaboration on cross-industry projects, we already knew each other and were aware of our shared values.
Today, Marcel lives in beautiful Glarus and spends a lot of time traveling in his campervan, in nature, and of course, on his bike. We share the same enthusiasm for high-quality trails and the conviction that the industry must continue to evolve.

The team on the mountain: Foué, Yan, Benoît and Romain
- Francois Debergé, Foué, as he's known, worked in Châtel for years, so he knows what he's doing with the machine and shows an extremely delicate touch in minimizing his impact on nature. After work, the Frenchman, originally from Biarritz, pedals almost every day with great enthusiasm for a test run. So likeable!
- Yan Solheid From Belgium, he's been driving excavators since he was a child, but eventually lost interest. That is, until he discovered mountain biking and rediscovered his love for the machine. Happy ending! He loves what he does, and we're extremely happy to have him with us.
- Benoît Gurnel He knows the hallowed ground of Utah intimately: red sand, bare rock, and the legendary terrain of Rampage. The experience he gains there every year as a shaper for the world's best freestyle athletes is evident in western Switzerland, and you can feel the difference: 100% precision, skill, and flow with the tools and, of course, on the bike.
- Romain Laurents'‘His specialty is hand-building trails: shaping, planting vegetation, and everything that goes with it. A big bonus: he's a trained carpenter and excels at woodworking on the trail like no other. He loves "chables"—the steeper the mountain, the happier he is.
…and what happens next?
Since the beginning of July, Marcel and the Trail Crew have been fully immersed in projects to create new experiences. And everyone agrees: they're on the same wavelength! And the five of them are already part of the core team – things can change that quickly.
