Hello Marcel!
Who am I and why ALLEGRA?
Cycling has accompanied me in many ways since my childhood in the Allgäu region; I especially remember long tours over mountain passes to the sea with a sleeping bag and tent – and that's exactly how I still like to travel today.
Originally working in timber construction as a master carpenter, I first came into contact with the topic of trail building and planning in Lenzerheide in 2016, and since then this creative and inspiring world has never let me go.
So far, I have had the opportunity to accompany many exciting projects in Switzerland and Austria with wonderful people, and in recent years - whenever I have found the time - I have always enjoyed taking up the shovel myself.
I enjoy being in the mountains just as much by bike, on foot, or in winter with touring skis.
This habitat is fascinating, provides peace and strength, and occasionally teaches humility.
It is all the more wonderful that I am able to implement projects in the alpine region together with the ALLEGRA team - and always keep in mind how fragile and worthy of protection this environment is.
My favorite product at ALLEGRA?
- Trails, preferably in peaceful coexistence of the different user groups
- Low-threshold services for children and young people in urban areas
What do I most like to talk to you about?
We welcome suggestions for solutions – even if they are unconventional.
