Project description:

The Allegra Academy offers basic and free online training for everyone who has direct contact with bike guests. Here you will find information to understand the needs of bike guests and to offer a high quality of service. The three basic courses offer a comprehensive insight into bike and trail destinations, both for all enthusiastic recreational cyclists and for service providers in bike destinations. The course highlights the reasons for the growing popularity of cycling, creates an understanding of bike destinations and presents strategies for the sustainable promotion of this activity.

Goal:

Participants gain valuable knowledge about the target group and their needs as well as an overview of user management on site.

Special feature:

The focus is on peaceful coexistence between all user groups. The courses last two hours each and are available to everyone free of charge. There are various lessons with videos, texts and documents. After completing a course, you can download a personalized diploma by taking a self-test in the quiz. You can join at any time and complete the courses of your choice at your own pace.

The Academy is: simple, fast, location-independent and time-delayed.
