It all started with two small children's trails and a magic carpet. Today, St. Corona is the mountain bike destination for families and for bikers from the greater Vienna area. Not only that, the Wexl Trails are a showcase model for the development of compact mountain bike offers with a lot of impact.

Right from the start of development, the ALLEGRA Team from Austria in St. Corona. The focus was on providing impulses for local stakeholders, developing a business model and analyzing potential.

"At the beginning of the development of the Wexl Trails in St. Corona, we had a bag full of ideas. Allegra's advice helped us to organize these ideas in a clear system and to prioritize them with the right impulses. Allegra worked with us in a short time to think through our business model, calculate market sizes, carry out a potential analysis, model income scenarios and select the most important channels."
