Hello Kati!

Who am I and why ALLEGRA?

I originally came from a climbing background, but a few years ago I discovered my passion for biking – and it immediately grabbed me! Since then, I've spent most of my free time mountain biking, road cycling, or training for triathlons. I first became aware of ALLEGRA through my master's thesis on risk behavior in mountain biking – and I was immediately fascinated by the passion with which people work here and their clear vision to shape and develop the sport of biking in a sustainable way.

My professional background is in tourism and event management. About a year and a half ago, I decided to return to university to pursue my doctorate in service management. I'm currently working in research and teaching at the University of Innsbruck. The opportunity to combine my academic work with my passion for biking at ALLEGRA is a perfect fit for me. I look forward to supporting the team in all administrative tasks and gaining exciting insights into the work of ALLEGRA.

My favorite product at ALLEGRA?

The Bike Trails and the ALLEGRA Academy: The customized bike concepts, which consider not only the trails themselves but also the entire infrastructure and community experience, make all the difference for me. I'm particularly excited about the ALLEGRA Academy because it perfectly combines knowledge and passion for biking – and it's precisely this combination of practice and theory that fascinates me.

What do I most like to talk to you about?

Everything about mountain biking – but also about exciting developments in tourism and the perfect combination of sport and adventure!
