Hello Stef!
Who am I and why ALLEGRA?
Hello, I'm Stef. I was born and raised in Arosa and have lived in the Engadin for a long time, and in my own house in Bergell for a few years now. I have never lived below 1500m and was practically born on skis. I feel rather "uncomfortable" in urban areas. My main focus is on mountaineering. I started climbing and ski touring when I was 11. At 13 I climbed the Piz Palü East Pillar alone, and at 21 I made further first ascents in Alaska, Canada... and many, many trips to South America and New Zealand, always in combination with my favorite sports of mountaineering and ski touring - there were also many steep lines all over the world that are nameless and may even have been first descents, who knows? I started biking quite late, but in a very old school endurance way - and on technical trails that were not yet prepared at the time - far away from flow trails. But FLOW is THE KEY for me today: whether in powder, sport climbing, trail running or downhill - or even when building a bike trail or hiking path. Oh yes, there's also the "professional career": I have been working in the avalanche rescue service in winter since 1995, in various ski areas, and for a long time on the Diavolezza. In summer, everything possible, from cable car assembly to working at heights... although trail building is the best!!
My favorite product at ALLEGRA?

What do I most like to talk to you about?
I enjoy exchanging ideas about mountain sports (which for me also includes MTB sports of any kind) all over the world.
