Who am I and why ALLEGRA?
I'm Gerry from Livigno. Why ALLEGRA? I love building trails, working with wood and being outdoors in nature. 18 years ago, in 2006, I was involved in the construction of the first bike park - back then we didn't have much knowledge about trail building - just a few videos from Canada as inspiration. And we wanted to build something similar, so we did. I first heard about ALLEGRA in connection with sustainability and trail building. I knew Darco and found out more information on the Internet and just sent him an email. And now I've been working in the A-Team for five seasons since 2019.
My favorite product at ALLEGRA?
Trails that are as natural as possible, skill parks and hiking trails that we can build with a lot of manual work and materials, wood and stones from the area. Preferably technical and challenging.
