Then we are looking for YOU: As an experienced machine operator in the ALLEGRA Austria team for the 2026 trail building season.
About Us:
We have been developing successful mountain bike destinations since 2003; from conception to planning to the construction of infrastructure. Our team of international specialists comprises up to 50 people at our locations in Austria, Switzerland, Finland and Japan. With our work, we want to give people access to nature and active experiences. To do this, we put ideas on track and accompany them to their destination.
Your tasks:
- Construction and maintenance of MTB trails of all kinds
- Operating our machines with sensitivity
Our requirements:
- Relevant experience as a machine operator in trail building
- Physical endurance: Includes demanding work in forest and alpine environments
- Teamwork: Successful trails are created through teamwork.
- Experience in trail building and mountain bike enthusiasm
- Willingness to travel and flexibility regarding location
- Good knowledge of German or English
